![]() House: EmancipationPosted by Sarah Miller | Thursday, November 20, 2008 @ 1:52amThis week's patient is a sixteen year old factory worker who collapses onto some kind of steel assembly line thing and starts foaming blood out of her mouth. Dr. Kumar forms a special bond with her and tries to prove House's age-old 'everybody lies' mantra wrong. Also, the original three come together again to solve a case and it's a beautiful thing 90210: That Which We DestroyPosted by Mandi Barnett | Wednesday, November 19, 2008 @ 1:16amAnnie and Naomi are standing outside, arguing, when some guy approaches. He tells them he’s Sean, the son of Harry Wilson and Tracy Clark, and, when each girl introduces herself as his half-sister, mistakenly assumes that they’re related to each other. They clear that up quickly, and Annie brings Sean inside to meet Harry. After the party guests leave, the Wilson family sits down to talk to Sean. We learn that he is from South Carolina, had an unstable upbringing, and likes to serve his country. Midway through their conversation, Tracy bursts in. She’s really happy to finally meet Sean. She acts crazy for a couple minutes, and then takes Sean to stay with her and Naomi. New Music Releases: November 18th, 2008Posted by Sarah Miller | Monday, November 17, 2008 @ 11:53pmDido Safe Trip Home (Amazon) It has been five years since the release of Life for Rent, London-born singer-songwriter Dido's breakout album. Life for Rent hit number one in 26 countries, and after she finished touring she was ready to take a little breather. Taking a little time off from public performances, she got back to her roots playing music and learning new instruments. Survivor Gabon: The Brains Behind EverythingPosted by Erik Reichenbach | Monday, November 17, 2008 @ 1:51pmThe Survivors left in Gabon have a lot of potential for some great television at this point. Finally the players are starting to lose their inhibitions and start viciously playing the game! Yes! Kenny is stepping into a power position by running the Fang underdogs around while the "Onion Alliance" struggles to keep its head above water. Sugar, although having no direct alliances, is coasting through the game easily as the swing vote but may potentially shoot herself in the foot by siding with the wrong people. After a few weeks of initial boredom this season is still building towards a more powerful end. Here’s some of the highlights from this episode. Late Night Lineups: November 17-21Posted by Paul Little | Monday, November 17, 2008 @ 1:28amSo, we've unintentionally taken a few weeks off from posting the late night lineups on ShowbizMonkeys.com. Sure, there have been a few great guests over the last while, but this week is MUCH bigger. Why, you ask? Well, you'll have to read on to find out. Here are the top 5 appearances not to miss this week: The Amazing Race 13: I'm Like an Angry CowPosted by Ariana | Monday, November 17, 2008 @ 12:56amThe teams are leaving late at night to Almaty, Kazakhstan, so Nick & Starr and Toni & Dallas find a hotel with some helpful concierges to research flights online for them. Starr and Dallas flirt the whole time, but I can’t decide if it’s cute or sad. Dallas says he does realize the race is the priority, and he figures if he wins a million dollars then at least he can pay for dinner. At the airport, teams scramble for tickets, and Nick & Starr, Toni & Dallas and Ken & Tina all get on the earliest flight out. Terence & Sarah get on a flight an hour and a half behind the three lead teams, but the Rats miss out on tickets and are stuck on an even later flight. Everyone’s taking different routes all over Europe, so I think it’s safe to say they’ll be a little tired when they arrive in Kazakhstan. House: The ItchPosted by Sarah Miller | Friday, November 14, 2008 @ 10:20pmMy apologies, I’m a little behind on getting this recap out this week, I blame the holiday on Tuesday. I was busy Remembering and I forgot it was Tuesday. This week's episode kicks off with the morning after effects of House & Cuddy's make out session. There's also lots of Chase and Cameron stuff, and a special appearance by a character from one of my top five favorite movies of all time. The Office: Business TripPosted by Ariana | Friday, November 14, 2008 @ 2:45amMichael is being sent on an international business trip -- to Canada. Hey, you know what’s in Canada? Showbiz Monkeys. Turns out he’s going to Winter-- I mean Winnipeg. Hey! You know what’s in Winnipeg? Showbiz Monkeys Headquarters. That’s right. Turns out it’s not easy to find people to go to Winnipeg mid-November; that’s why Michael’s received this honour. Hey, did you know that in Canada we spell honour with a u? True story. Michael has got a money belt and is taking two empty suitcases for souvenirs. He’s also taking Andy as a translator, and Oscar, because he’s the numbers guy. Know what’s not fair? Michael gets to sit in business class, and Andy and Oscar are relegated to economy. SYTYCD Canada: 10 to 8Posted by Ariana | Friday, November 14, 2008 @ 12:43amOn Wednesday, it seemed the show had corrected a couple of glaring mistakes that had been going on since the Top 20 started, like playing the countdown so the audience obnoxiously shouts it out, or not displaying the song title during the solos. But those issues were both back tonight, for mysterious reasons. In other news, two dancers were sent packing because of your votes (or lack thereof)... Bones: Con Man in the Meth LabPosted by Jolee Alberts | Thursday, November 13, 2008 @ 5:33pmI missed the first 5 minutes of this episode, but I guess there was a dead guy in a meth-lab-trailer, and during a training exercise the state troopers blew it up and the dead guy went flying. Also, Booth has just closed a case of very high profile, and is expecting a lot of glory, a raise, maybe a parade, and possibly to have his image put onto a coin. He plans to celebrate by going to Hawaii on a trip. During a session with Brennan and Sweets, Booth's brother Jarred calls! I didn't know he had a brother...
